When you place your order, you will automatically receive confirmation by email. If we are unable to dispatch an item for any reason, we will email you to let you know. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Standard UK delivery of impression kits are sent by Royal Mail first class and Bruxeeze Nightguards are sent Royal Mail first class signed for. These should reach you within 1-4 working days. Orders usually arrive within this time frame, however they may take a little longer depending on the capability of the postal service.

Worldwide delivery is by Air Mail (or international courier for large orders). Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to the rest of the world.

Night Guard Returns

If your product is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 30 days at with proof of purchase and we’ll help fix this for you.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. All we ask is that:

  • You don’t open the product
  • You keep the product in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase
  • You get in touch with us to process your return within 30 days of purchasing it

If you wish to cancel your Custom Bruxeeze Night Guard order and an impression kit has already been dispatched, only a partial refund will be applied. A charge of £17.00 will be kept to cover the loss of materials.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Custom Bruxeeze Night Guard, please contact us as soon as possible Due to the customised nature of this device, it is not covered with a standard money back guarantee, however, you can be assured that we will do our utmost to achieve a positive outcome for you.

If you need to return your night guard to the lab, this will be at your own cost which is not refundable.


To avoid any delays in creating your Bruxeeze Custom Night Guard, we recommend that you email 3 clear photos of your impressions showing the tray from the back, left and right to us before you post it. (following the picture format below) We can then advise whether your impression is suitable for our technicians to use.

Please send your photos to for approval. The best angle to photograph your impression is from the back of the tray with the camera pointing across the putty. This will help us judge the depth of your impression and allows us to see if your gumline has been captured.

If your impression is rejected by the lab due to poor quality, you’ll need to order a new impression at an extra cost. So please ensure you email a photo of your impression before you post it as it will give you the best chance of creating a successful impression with your first kit.
