DELIVERY TIMES

When you place your order, you will automatically receive confirmation by email. If we are unable to dispatch an item for any reason, we will email you to let you know. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Bruxeeze Nightguards are sent Royal Mail first class. These should reach you within 1-4 working days. Orders usually arrive within this time frame, however they may take a little longer depending on the capability of the postal service.

Worldwide delivery is by Air Mail (or international courier for large orders). Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to the rest of the world.

Night Guard Returns

If your product is damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 30 days at customerservice@passionforlife.com with proof of purchase and we’ll help fix this for you.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. All we ask is that:

• You don’t open the product
• You keep the product in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase
• You get in touch with us to process your return within 30 days of purchasing it
